The Cisco 360 Partner Program was co-designed with partners to enhance customer value and accelerate profitability. It represents a fundamental shift in how Cisco recognises and rewards partner excellence.
Traditional partner levels (Gold, Premier, Select, and Registered) will be retired and replaced with a streamlined, value-focused approach that better reflects partner capabilities and customer outcomes.

How Partners Are Measured
Partner Value Index (PVI)
The PVI evaluates partners across four key categories, determining eligibility for Preferred Partner designation in each portfolio.
Foundational
Maturity in lifecycle practices and managed services delivery capabilities.
Capabilities
Investments in technical skills, certifications, and specialised training.
Performance
Ability to land, grow, and retain customers with measurable success.
Engagement
Driving adoption across the full customer lifecycle with proactive support.

Portfolio-Specific Recognition
Partners can earn Preferred designation for each Cisco portfolio independently, allowing specialised expertise to be properly recognised.
